E! Online reports that Rosie O'Donnell won't be taking over as host of "The Price Is Right." The main stumbling block, at least for public consumption, is her unwillingness to uproot her wife and kids from NYC and move them to L.A. so she can take her "fantasy childhood indulgence job."
