Jeff Goldblum To Fill Mr. Big's Shoes On "Law & Order: Criminal Intent"
If I ever need to re-cast my life, I am going to have Dick Wolf do it. The "Law & Order" czar has pulled another smart move. With Chris Noth leaving "Law & Order: Criminal Intent" after three seasons, Wolf has found another canny and idiosyncratic veteran to take his place. "Jurassic Park" star Jeff Goldblum - whose own NBC detective show, "Raines" (right), lasted about 15 minutes a couple of seasons ago - will be joining the cast of "L&O: CI," which now airs on the NBC-owned USA Network. Noth had also played Det. Mike Logan on the original "Law & Order," and joined "CI" to spread around the screen time when star Vincent D'Onofrio was burning out under the workload.

Man, it's so hard for me to keep track of the L&O stars. I'm sure Dick Wolf is probably thinking the same thing.
Jeff Goldblum was always my favorite character in 'Jurassic Park', so I guess it's all good.
Fingers crossed we get Jeremy Sisto for at least 2 more seasons.

I agree! A lot of negative nannies out there are mourning the 'big' loss of Chris Noth. I for one always kind of sigh and click when it's not a Goren ep. Now Jeff Goldblum if he also plays the role in his own idiosyncratic way could surely win my heart.
