Feeling linky this morning

• James Hibberd is really psyched about the final season of "The Shield." Critics received the first eight episodes on DVD, but I have to admit I haven't cracked mine yet.
• With Nigel Lythgoe out, Simon Cowell will be putting more of his fingerprints on "American Idol."
• TV's most annoying couples!
• I didn't know Donnie Darko's sister is on "Big Love." Now she's back on the big screen.
• CW had a premiere party to get publicity for the show they're not going to send out for review. Let's see how long I can go without naming it.
• "Sports Night" couple reunites to play husband and wife on "Law & Order: SVU."
