• Speaking of cute but not especially talented dudes on "American Idol," as we have been for the last couple of days, Ace Young is going to get whacked on "Bones" next week. Another "Idol" runnerup who I don't even remember - Brandon Rogers? Really? - is also on the ep, which focuses on a barroom singing contest. MeeVee Video Top 5: Tear Jerkers--Extreme Makeover Home Edition, Grey's Anatomy, Intervention, and more

Turn off your cell phone, put down the blinds, and get out the tissue box. The shows this week are a bit on the soft side.  Whether you sympathize or empathize with the characters on these shows, you're bound to shed a tear or two. And guys: if caught in the act of weeping during your guilty pleasure, blame the tears on the dry air or claim you have an itch....in both eyes. Your friends or girlfriend may not buy it, but it's at least worth the try. All in all, these shows leave you either depressed or truly blessed you are not as depressed as these characters.

This week, Video Top 5 looks at five of the tear jerking shows on television. Extremely Bad Taste

Charisse Simonian gots some ‘splainen to do. In a what the hell was she thinking career move, Simonian, the Director of Casting for Extreme Makeover: Home Edition emailed affiliates across the country requesting "help" in finding families with children that suffer diseases such as progeria ("aka 'little old man disease'"), "amazing" Moms diagnosed with melanoma, and congenital insensitivity to pain with anhidrosis (CIPA), which prevents children from feeling any physical pain.
