Let's Be Frank

"Frank TV" with impressionist Frank Caliendo was a decent-sized hit for TBS on Tuesday night, pulling a 2.1 household rating and nearly 2.9 million average viewers in preliminary Nielsen numbers that we didn't see till today because of the holiday. The 11 p.m. sketch comedy show topped year-to-date averages for Letterman, Conan and Jon Stewart in key demographics, although just what effect the writers strike had is another question, since the late-night competition is all in reruns.
